Méi Informatiounen deelen ech dir deemnächst mat, awer hal der gäre mol den Datum fräi!

Exhibition in homage of the sculptrice Liliane Heidelberger. Liliane's and Danielle's artworks were presented at the Schlassgoart in Esch. The grand opening had to be cancelled due to COVID. The expo can now be seen online.

Wachsende Ringe - The great Retrospective
I had my great retrospective exhibition in May 2017 in the Kulturhaus in Diekirch, Luxembourg, where I presented gravures, paintings, ceramics and family trees.
In five rooms one could discover five different themes: botanical printmaking – landscapes – colours – black & white – illustrations.
Like a common thread that moves through those different techniques, more than 80 artworks described my path and evolution as an artist.
Dans une grande rétrospective, ayant eu lieu à Diekirch dans la maison culturelle, j’ai présentée des peintures, des gravures, des céramiques et des arbres généalogiques.
Il était possible d’y découvrir 5 espaces avec 5 thèmes différents: Gravure botanique – paysages – couleurs– noir et blanc – illustration
Comme un fil rouge, qui s’étire vingt ans à travers ces diverses techniques, plus que 80 oeuvres ont décrit mon parcours et mon évolution artistique.
Salon CAL
The Salon du CAL is the years major exhibition of Luxembourg’s artist association, which defines itself in the following manner: ‘’Placed under the high patronage of the royal highness grand duchess, the Cercle Artistique du Luxembourg is fostering and promoting the artistic creation in Luxembourg and cares about propagating and defending artistic and cultural values.’’(www.cal.com).
It’s the art scene’s event of the year, a challenge for every candidate, and also for myself. Every January, I begin thinking of the Salon du CAL, where one can announce three new works, aiming to hand in my nominations to the jury towards the end of summer, hopefully leading up to the big show in November.
The same procedure as every year.
It’s the challenge of the year. It’s stress, it’s passion, and every year, the summer arrives very quickly, often too quickly.
Reflecting now, I can proudly say that I have participated 12 times at this glorious exhibition. Here you can see the three works I presented during the 2018 edition. At the All my Exhibitions section, you will be able to see my other selections at the Salon du CAL.
Le Salon du CAL est l’exposition majeure du cercle artistique du Luxembourg et se définit soi-même comme suit : "Placé sous le Haut Patronage de Son Altesse Royale la Grande-Duchesse, le Cercle Artistique de Luxembourg favorise et promeut la création artistique au Luxembourg et veille à propager et à défendre les valeurs artistiques et culturelles". C’est l’événement artistique de l’année, un challenge pour tout candidat, aussi pour moi. Chaque janvier de chaque année, je pense au Salon du CAL, où on peut annoncer trois nouvelles œuvres pour les soumettre après les vacances d’été au jury, puis le grand show en novembre: the same procedure as every year.
Le défi de l’année, du stress et de la joie et chaque année, l’été arrive très, ou plutôt trop vite.
En reflétant maintenant, je peux fièrement dire que j’ai participé 12 fois à cette exposition assez glorieuse. Ici vous voyez les trois œuvres que j’ai présentés en 2018, puis en bas dans All my Exhibitions vous verrez les autres participations au Salon du CAL.
