Story:

The 2. Offset Edition of„ Blo” (luxemburgish for blue) presented in a new sober form. Artwork of the flower Iris.

The offset is derived from my original artworks “Iris” (I) and “Hortensia” (II). Those originals have been created in 1999 and mark the beginning of my botanical period. This second offset edition presents the flowers in a more minimalistic and sober way, putting them in the center of attention. The “Iris Sibirica” has two friends with her, “Delphinium” (Rittersporn) and the “Aquilegia“ (Akelei). The “Hydrangea” (Hortensia) is joined by “Campanula Persicipholia” (Glockenblume) and “Borago Officinalis” (Borretsch).
